Put to accidents on my dac record when 1 was a non preventable acc. And the other is struck a object that was a non preventable acc. That is a ripoff causing me not to get a job plz. Reply on this!

Waller truck co. Put a couple of things on my dac report that isn't true.

1. Hit a deer in arkansas late at nite didn't see the deer untill the last minute then it was to late to avoid it there was no signs too warn me of such creature or creature's and they classified it as a preventable accident now how to you avoid this situation on this incedent plz. Reply on this!

2. Next thing is waller classified this as a preventable accident when i got out of my trk. Opened the gate to go in the yard and just about the time i started too pull through the gate a big burst of wind caught the gate pushed it into me and caused my to hit the fence plz. Reply on this incedent also!
