Lied to dac about non prev accident saying was preventable ripoff

Ok first off back in oct i had an accident while i was driving with US. I had another tractor trailer cut me off. I was forced to hit my brakes and swerve off the lane of travel. I ended up hitting a gaurd rail in order to avoid a rear end collision with the other truck. No damage was done to the truck. I was told to go to the hospital by EMT s to get my hand checked as i had sprained it.

So the truck had to be towed as US had no other driver to come get it. The state police checked my log book and all checked out good. Also he said i was not at fault and it was a NON-REPORTABLE/NON-CITABLE OFFENSE. So my MVR is clear but my DAC is another story.US Xpress put me down as a preventable accident with injury and DOT REPORTABLE. Not many other companies will hire me because of US false reporting. It was non prev. How can the people at US tell if it was prev or non prev. They werent driving the damn truck. Also they said they terminated in jan. Dont see how they could if i resigned after the accident.

Sounds like i pissed someone off at US and they want to get back at me. I have found a company that has accepted my app because US lied to their safety dept. So hahahahahahhah US Xpress and its flatbed and pays more too.

Anyway anyone going to drive for this company DONT AND I REPEAT DONT GET IN AN ACCIDENT. They will give false info to DAC and dont try to call DAC to dispute it. You cant reach a live person EVER. Ive left 5 voicemails and still no call back US wont dispute it cause it costs them money damn cheapskates.
