Never received my 149.00 after i called and cancelled my membership

I received this package in the mail, and it says you only had 7 days to cancel the membership. I called to cancel the membership when I saw the fee on bank statement. TRhe lady on the phone said as long as I sent the envelope back with everthing that came in the envelope, they would refund the money, till this day I have not reeived the money. I tryed calling the number on the letter and says to leave a message but noone has called back. Pleae help me get me money back.
