Usa. Credit took 149.00 out of my checking account for enrollment fees, I have never even heard of them and don't even know how they got my info

I recieved a letter in the mail from usa credit stating that I had a 7,500.00 line of credit for online shopping with a 300.00 grocery coupon for being a new customer the letter never even stated that they had charged my checking acount 149.00 for enrollment. I wasn't aware of that until I started gettting over draft charges from the bank in the mail.

When I got my bank statement it showed usa credit and a phone number I called them and of course can't get any kind of answer, so i got online to go to there web site to see if they had a customer service number and you guessed it, it sayes error this website may not exist. No where in the letter did it say that they had charged me for this or if there is any monthly fees so i really not sure where I stand with it.
