Ripped Me Off I Sent Them $36.49 i sent the $37 and i never did get the product i was promised

I order a product from this vaule net international, i should have known better when they would not accept a credit card, only a money order, they promised to send my product as soon as they received my payment, it has been over 3 weeks now, and i heard nothing from them. Nor have i received any product from them
