TIME LIFE / Direct Holdings America Inc. Rip-off company stole my money

On November 26 I responded to an (false T.V. Advertisement) to purchase a collection of music CD's (eleven total) as a Christmas present for my cancer dying wife since some of this 70's music contained some of her favorite songs.
I explain to the operator that I wanted exactly what the add stated, because the over whelming medical cost I can not afford any other way. This was the offer:
a) "Classic Soft Rock Collection"
b) 168 songs soft rock hits W/lines mates
c) The ultimate seventy 1977,20 songs CD
d) Total of 11 CD's
e) For $9,95 free S&H (30days try-out)
f) If I decided to keep the collection. 5 payments of $29.99. For a grand total of $149.95.

HERE IS THE RIP-OFF:
Four weeks later (4) I received the 11 CD's collection with an invoice for $274.90
to be charged to my credit card immediately (unauthorized charge for that amount)
I call the company with my complain and they were very rude and unhelpful, request to talk to a supervisor, but to NO avail. They claimed that may be I misunderstood. I explain to them that i have recorded the add on my VHS and I can mail the tape if they are willing to pay for the shipping, but again NO help at all finally they hang-up the phone and told me to get LOST.

Well here is the solution #1 the complaint will be notified that you are all thieves and com individuals.
#2 hopefully people will be awarded that in order to do business you have to lie and cheat (shamefull)
#3 The Attorney general will be notified of your false advertisement
#4 And right now I am looking for a good lawyer to take you to court and teach you a lesson
#5 A class action will be instituted because I just find out that thousands of people just like me are every day rip-off by scam bags like you, SEE YOU IN COURT.
