Single parent sets out to have an amazin xmas after bein told she had won 9000 but it turned out to be a hoax, Canada

I received a letter on 19th Dec stating that I had won 9000 and to send off the Official Claim Release Form with a 19.95 payment for postage etc, within the next seven days before the requested deadline.
The letter also told me I was entitled to a Genuine Diamond and Sapphire stone pendant layered in 14 Carat Gold. At the end of the letter it even told me it would be the luckiest day of my life. Who wouldn't believe something like this, especially a single parent just before Christmas.

This is a disgrace what this person or people have done to me, I thought I would be giving my children an amazing Christmas this year like they have never had, instead I have even more dept from sending these people, person, my money and buying things I thought I would be able to afford once the cheque arrived.
