Customer service department for kevin called company on Saturday and 48 hrs Monday I called to cancel order and they told me shipment went out already but they do not work on Sundays - they lied and supervisor also lied - THIS IS A SCAM

Called 888-856-9046 to cancel my book order from Kevin Trudeau as I was told I can canel within 30 days - within 24 hours I called to cancel and got a run-around from customer service and its supervisor. They took my money off my credit card and tell me that the order was shipped out on Sunday by USPS and gave me a bogus tracking number., said my order left warehouse but they do not work on Sundays so how can it be shipped out and then they told me i would receive the product within 10-14 days. Its a scam - scam-scam
