Refusing to refund any any amounts that they took from me

They called stating that I was getting a goverment grant that I was awarded and that I needed to sign up to receive their letters. I gave them all my information and then they recorded my voice saying yes to different things that I never said yes to. First off, the person asking me questions did not even speak english and you could not understand what he was asking you. So they lied about what they asked you to say yes to because they record your voice with out permission. You are saying yes and no to questions they ask, like is this your address, phone and name. So you innocently say yes to them and they are already recording your voice with out your permission. That is against the law to begin with. Then they lie and after about 10-15 minutes, they then state that they will record you, but why, they already did that. I contacted my bank immediatly after I saw the charge and they are investigating it. Fortunately, I am only out the $19.95 and $29.95 and I am changing my account number that way they cannot get anymore out from my account. BEWARE THIS COMPANY!!!
