Ripoff abused & mistreated deceptive company dishonest ripoffs thieves tricked and lied to us

About one year ago I received a phone call saying I was eligble for a Mastercard with a $2500 credit limit. I agreed to let these people take $174.00 out of my banking account with the agreement being if I didn't like the packet I could send it back and get my money back.

Well, the company, Advantage Capital took two payments of $174.00 on January 18 and January 25. Which only one payment was to be taken for $174.00. It was $159.00 for fees on the card plus $15.00 shipping and handling charges for the packet.

I federal expressed the packet overnight on March 28 back to the company which they told me they had received March 29 and I should have a full refund back into my account within 7 - 14 business days.

Well, I have been promised now at least 15 times that the money will be back into my account within 7 to 14 business days and I have not received one darn dime from these people. They have told me that the corporate office will have someone call me and let me know exactly when the money would appear in my account.

I received a phone call from someone saying they were from the corporate office on June 17 saying that the money would definitely be in my account on the 28th of June... So I started making plans to pay a overdue debt that I owed with that money and it was not in my account on June 28th so my telephone was disconnected for non-payment cause these people promised me the money would be in my account at that time.

I have gotten copies of my bank statement twice and applied the RA# on the paper next to my bank withdrawal by their company. They lied so much about the credit card. Not one time did they tell me that the card was a secured card.

They said it was guanteed that my credit limit was $2500.00 and I asked them that question at least five times. They have pulled tapes of our conversations. I have talked to these people almost everyday since and they have been promising to put my money back into my account.

They see that I have done everything they requested me to do and they do not understand why the corporate office has not refunded my money. The customer service representative have emailed the corporate office at least 20 times asking them to please refund my money.
