THey ripped me off and now they won't answer the phone

I was called to order the magazines, which was fine until I found out that I would have to leave for 6 months. I called and talked to a representative and they lowered my payments and it's not what I wanted. They begged me to continue with my order and I tried to tell them that they were taking my money for magazines that wasn't coming to me and blamed it on the publisher of why I wasn't getting them. I have decided to go down there because I live in the area and demand my money back. I've never received any of the magazines except for Sports Weekly, which wasn't even one of the magazines I picked.
