I was checking my bank statement when I realized that I was charged for something that I did not recognize. When I called my bank to find out, they said that my credit card was used. So I asked if they had a name and phone number and they did, which I called but no one seems to pick up, not even a voicemail is available for me to leave a message. I just want this taken care of.
