WC value plus fake membership Does Not Appea

I was checking my balance in my credit card and I found that there was a charge of $14.95 of something I didn't even know where that came from, so I report it immediately to my bank as a fraud. They told me the charge was from a company called "WC Value Plus", but as I do not live anymore in the US (I have been there during a summer scholarship), my bank in Uruguay, South America, told me that they couldn't do anything because it seems I accepted a "membership" for... I dont know what! As I never signed up for any membership during my stay in the US... What can I do???
