Firetech Services Co. Of West Hills & Canoga Park, Ca. - Icon Fire Protection Svs Inc. - John LoMonaco Ripped Us Off ripped us off for over $5,500.00!

Firetech Services Co. Of West Hills, Ca. (a division of Icon Fire Protection Services Inc., and John LoMonaco ripped us off. We are in Valencia California. They charged our credit card over $5,500.00. Most of this amount was without our authorization and without doing the work. The amount that was authorized we were over charged and work never completed. They have no signed agreements for the charges they made. Especially since they did not start or finish the work. They forced us to look for another company in a rush as they cancelled a final appointment ONE day before they were to come out (we have this in writing). We found an honorable company that came out the same day we called them and did the inspection for only $700.00 that they charged us over $2,500 for.in addition this honorable company quoted us in writing under $1,500.00 to complete the project! Had Firetech honored their WRITTEN promise and appeared they would have been able to get away with their over charges. However they left us no choice based on the fire department but to look elsewhere and they never refunded our money. We contacted the credit card company and they couldn't help us so they referred us to the credit card fraud department.in the meantime we contacted the NFPA (National Fire Protection Association) on October 13th for some help and guidance and they have yet to even reply. I wonder why?
