Actual charges for fire extinguisher were almost 5 times quoted price -they change the price after the work is done

I called them to get prices on new fire extinguishers for my warehouse. Their price was the best around so I bought. The friendly tech showed up and offered to fill an existing fire extinguisher for $20. I said I did not need it. Come on, he said, its on $20 and we bring it to you no charge. Ok. 3 days later I get the $20 refilled exinguisher (a different tech of course), but now its almost $100. That is more expensive than a new one. They added 8 extra charges to the bill. Assurance fire & safety ripped me off.
