They charged me for a "subscription" that I cancelled

When I called to cancel, they claimed that I had and stated that I had, while continuing to bill me. I am off at college and was unaware of the problem until I noticed my balance was gone. I called and they told me that I had cancelled ten days ago, months after I made my first call. When I checked my charges, it showed that I had been billed the final time 4 days after they claimed the cancellation of my account took affect.
