What a rip off

I made my payments like I was supposed to! I got behind by 3 months, made a payment and they told me on the phone that they would defer 2 payments so I was all caught back up. I had 2 deaths in the family and explained this to them. They expressed their sympathy, yeah right. They had my car in collection even though they said I was caught up. Thank god, there are people who do care! The guy who came to get my car gave me the opportunity to get another car with another company before I gave him my keys! Drive Financial is a rip off company! Very rude and disrespectful people who cuss at you and LIE!

I like the new company I got my newer car from.
Thanks to the repo driver, I learned what assholes this company is. Count me in on the lawsuit!!!
