Area circulation dont fall for it!

I was contacted by one of their representatives yesterday; I was being offered all these magazines for the amazing price of 3.48 a month! Of course since I pay more then that for a single magazine I thought it was great. I was on the phone with three different people and the last one was a male supervisor who said that I would be entered in a sweepstake and what not.

After I gave them my account information (stupid me) he said that $74 was just charged to my account, I said I thought it was only $3.48, he then said that instead of billing smaller amount they would just bill me the $74 a month and said that it would not go thru on my account until the funds were available. Well I then got on the net so excited to go see their web page and pick out future magazines, surprise surprise, these reports came up instead. Everything that I have read is happening. I tried to cancel right away and the representative said that I had to give it 24hrs, and gave me the 800 number to call. I have been calling since this morning and in the middle of redialing the number a male operator said hello and I explained everything and said I wanted to cancel. He said that he would fax the necessary papers to my bank and assured me that my account was to be cancelled and I said it should be because it has not been 24hrs since the order was placed.

I will update this information as soon as I find out of everything was indeed cancelled
