RPM - Receivables Performance Management - Michelle McCall Jesse Rude, Would Not Say What They Wanted, Hung UP, Not My Bill!

I have gotten to speak with these people on two occassions.

The first call they asked for my son and I explained he doesn't
live with me. The man said "oh he just disappered huh?". I asked how he got my number and asked what he wanted and he hung up on me.
They are calling for my son who does not live at my home.
I explained this and they refused to disclose the nature of the call.
I explained my son doesn't live with me and Michelle McCall said, "don't you ever talk to your son?" at that point I asked for her supervisor Jesse. I explained I did not appreciate the way the agent spoke with me
and he said, oh well and hung up on me. He refused to tell me anything and has to speak with my son who again doesn't live there and doesn't have a phone and
doesn't know who these people are or what they are hounding us about.
They are beyond rude and of course their call back number is blocked.
