Called my front neighbo

My neighbor came to my house knocking stating that someone called their home saying that our phone isn't working and that they need to talk to us. She gave me the number to call them at. I looked at the number and said let me call it and see who could it possibly be. It could be an emergency. There was nothing wrong with my phone.

When I called I asked who was trying to reach me she asked if I was crystal and I said no and she said sure and hung up on me.
I called back, a "Christine" answered and I told her why was she calling my neighbor that I have never spoke with, who recently just moved in, asking them to give me a message. She said if people ignore their phone calls that they would do whatever it took to get to us. I told her I wasn't crystal and didn't want them disturbing my neighbor to relay a message to my house for someone who doesn't live there.

I told her I don't believe this is legal and that I wanted to speak to her manager and that I will sue them for this. She said she would gladly love to speak to my lawyer. She then transferred me to her supervisor's voicemail.

Crystal is my sister and doesn't live with me anymore.

My sister will definitely be pursuing this.
