Daughter gGot billed over $500 over a period of 6 days... And she doesn't even have an Account with them!

My daughter gGot billed over $500 over a period of 6 days... And she doesn't even have an Account with them! Rediculous, and when you try to call 1-800-Cricket, you can't speak to anyone without a valid Cricket Phone number.

But... I decided to call their NEW Service, and got a "Human" (use this term lightly), explained my situation and they were rude, told me I had to call 1-800-Cricket..: (When I said that was impossible, they hung up!

I called back again, decided to act very meek...:)... I got a number out of them... 1-866-384-4425... LIVE PEOPLE!

I asked them about their billing practices, why every 2-3 days instead of a "NORMAL" billing cycle of 30 days, like most companies and this person had no answers (especially for someone who didn't even have an account with them). All she could do was "Escalate" it to their corporate offices and guaranteed that I would hear from someone in 1-2 business days!

We'll see! (Billed over $500 over a period of 6 days... And she doesn't even have an Account with them! Next stop. Financial Institution and Police!)
