Remodeling Debacle improper business practices

Opening for ceiling light fixture left 9" out of place, electrician had to open new hole for proper placement, wrong holes left in dry wall. Popped screws in dry wall creating holes. Outlet covered with dry wall requiring electrician to locate & cut opening for same. This caused popped screws. Improperly covered seams, & unprimed dry wall areas inside all closets.
Dimensional paint streaks on ceiling and walls. Many areas, including corners, around doorways & dry wall repairs not primed. This is evident by running hand across and coming out white with dry wall dust.
Dry wall opening left too large for light fixture to cover. Shower unit installed out of square which will result in floor tile now being out of square. Damage to wood floors. Extreme amounts of dirt and debris inside of new vinyl windows tracks. All areas left extremely dirty.

The electrical inspector never showed up for the final inspection.

Our attempts to contact & resolve issues with contractor failed. He would not respond.

He put a lien against our home for $1460.00. We paid this to keep our credit sound.

We would like a refund of part of the money paid to him, at least $1400.00 so we can have his poor workmanship corrected by a professional.

We feel Kirk Brickwood blackmailed us by putting a lien against our home instead of contacting us to resolve the issues I mentioned in my complaint.
