Bath fitters' installers produce crappy work after four trys

Bath Fitters' agreed to give me a new soaker tub after they could not "code" my existing tub for an insert. Late on their install date by weeks, they give me a tub that is in two pieces, a tub with a side panel is the best way to describe it. Not only was it the wrong tub, but the walls were not stuck to the green board, the top of the wall was not caulked so water was able to go in between the acrylic wall they installed and the new green board I installed.

I got on the phone with Andrew the manager there in Springfield, and finally got my shower curtain rod installed, because he couldn't "find one". So now weeks without being able to shower, it was installed. The anchor they installed to support the rod is coming out of the ceiling, it is not "supporting" anything and was unnessesary, now there are holes in my ceiling that did not need to be there.

In the meantime, I am still communicating with Andrew on getting the tub I was promised, the soaker tub, it is the new model they install on any replacement tub, I was given the old model. Finally new tub installation date. A partial wall had to go up, due to my tub being open ended. The installers have never build a wall before, and it shows, nothing is level or square, the trim they used around the acrylic wall is wavy and not straight, they used folded up trim for a shimmy, one side of the trim can be pulled off, the bath faucets were put on backwards and had missing parts, the curtain rod support is coming out of the ceiling. To get my faucets fixed a local plumber came and fixed them so I could finally, take a shower. He was paid by bath fitter. The decorative piece that goes around the shower head is not attached, so the hole is visible. Stacey, Clarksville, TN
