Pet frozen over 8 mo. Not cremated yet!

In Jan. 2007 I had to have my dog put to sleep. He was a very large dog 215lbs. I had the vet contact Pet Cremation Services Of Flordia. They did pick him up and took him back to be frozen. No problem. Well here it is Sept. And he still has not cremated my dog. I have talked to him and was told he needed help in lifting him. Now, he totally avoids me. He is not a very easy person to get in contact with. The owner of the company is Steven Benoit. I feel enough is enough. How can I get closure when my pet is still in this man's freezer?
