Ripoff two months delay with cremation of our mothe

Our mother, Emelda, died on August 24, in New Orleans. After the hurricane we begin to search for her remains. On September 13, my brother-in-law Ralph Hunter went to New Orleans and sign as next of kin and had my mother's body shippped to Houston. We were not aware of what was going on until I, Audrey, called Davis Mortuary in New Orleans to find out the where about of our Mother's remains.

We have so many conversations with the Director, Cynthia Jones, her assistant Ms. Payne and no one can ever give us a reason why my Mother have not been cremated until this day. Its' been too long and stressful for us to keep dealing with these people. They are so unprofessional. We need closure.

I have documentation of everything we ever sent to them.
Please help us get to the bottom of this.
