Azuregreen is a company I've dealt with for years. If you are ordering from them, there usually isn't a problem. However, being craftsperson myself, I submitted to my long-time friend (and owner of the company) a number of my goods for him to consider to feature in his catalogue (his name is Adair, and he doesn't get back to you, doesn't answer the phone, and is the only person who can deal with this).
After over a YEAR AND A HALF of waiting for his approval or denial, he sent a box back to me. One of the items I'd submitted was ruined, and he failed to return two other expensive items. So, if you are 'in the business', please avoid dealing with them. I would also recommend avoiding ordering from them, because if this is how they deal with other people in the business, how long before they screw over the consumer?
