I ordered CPAP filters from this company, items I needed very badly. I received my order in a timely manner, about nine days after I submitted my order on their website.

Unfortunately, they sent me the wrong items. The order confirmation they e-mailed to me did not include the individual items, so I have no way of knowing whether I ordered the wrong items, or if I ordered the correct ones and they sent me the wrong ones.

Either way, I called their customer service line to ask about switching out for the correct items. They have a voice mail service, with the outgoing message telling you to leave a name, number and message, and someone will return your call promptly.

I left a message on 6/17 at about 11:00am PDT and waited to hear. No reply that day, so I called again on 6/18 at about 9:00am PDT and left the same message. No reply again, so one more call Friday at 11, and again no reply. Monday I called and left a message saying I wanted to hear from them by close of business or I would take this to the next level.

Today is Wed., 6/24, and I still haven't heard from them. I submitted a dispute to my c.C. Company, and now I'm filing a complaint. CPAP FAS obviously doesn't care one bit about its customers. They could have sent me a circus elephant instead of my CPAP filters, and it wouldn't matter to them. Meanwhile, I still don't have my filters, and now I have to go searching for the same item somewhere else on the web.

If you've dealt with this company and had a similar experience (or any negative customer experience with them), please file a report. A company that gives its customers no way to deal with faulty orders doesn't deserve any customers.
