I Ordered an Imac 27 inch desktop and a Canon T4i Camera on March 22nd and it never came to my home. I was in contact with the website via email @ holdgoods9@yahoo.com they said that customs had to charge 350.00 tax claiming that I was out of China and customs needed a clearing fee. I paid the 350.00 then I was told
"Dear friend:
We have shipped your items out. You know that accident is beyond of our control. There was an accident on the road, all of our items were damaged. Your item was also damaged and we need change a new one for you in order to avoid to return when you received it. It will spend us 7 days to make the manufacturer to deal with the return. Today we have returned the items to manufacturers, they are dealing with the problem now. We will save time to update your items and ship the new item out on next Wednesday. We hope it will not effect our cooperation for long time." I never got my items
