I have had the worst service since being a "new at&t" customer! In july i moved and had to transfer service to my new home. My move was delayed because of horrible storms in the houston area. As a result i had to change some of my hook-ups and just couldn't get my move done quickly. I called the cable company and mover to make a time change with quick service and no problems. But when it came to at&t i was placed on hold twice after being cut off and wasted a total of 45 minutes on the phone with them! Then on the installation day the weather was terrible, so the inside wiring was done and the tech told me i would be hooked up to the pole the next day... 2 days later i finally had to call them to get an "emergency hook up" completed. I am currently seeking other services (possibly internet based) and i recommend staying away from at&t.
