Ripoff on old paid debts

I received a letter from this law office for a very old account that had been paid off. My credit reports show this paid with an outstanding balance of $0. I been this is some kinda scan that would have you send some money on a paid off old debt. I hope the law looks into this. Also, accidently, my neighbors mail was put in my box, low and behold, they also have a letter from this law office in New York.
