Dishonest fraudulent billing ripoff

I recieved a letter stating I owed a $4,039.39 debt to LLC, Bally's and the Law Office of Mitchell N Kay, P.C. Waso ffering me an: opportunity to settle the account (which does not exsist) at 40% of the balance due 1,615.76

I called the compnay and begane suspicious when they had my social security no. But not my correct address. I sent the law office a letter stating a wanted a copy of the agreement.
