Charges to my credit card, fraudulent charges

I just received my credit card bill and noticed a charge from Janerus Tech, in the amount of $19.95. Since I did not recognize the charge, or the company, I did an on-lilne search only to find out that they are an adult porn website. I have cancelled my credit card, but want to make it known that this company is obtaining credit card information and billing unsuspecting people for a service they never ordered. Thank you for your time in this regard.
