Continues to charge my credit card repeatedly after I've requested my membership be cancelled Internet Based

Having been unsatisfied with the quality of Adult Check sites, I contacted Cybernet Ventures by email to cancel my membership. They continued to charge my credit card so I contacted them a second time by telephone, again asking them to cancel my membership. They have ignored both of my requests and still continue to charge my credit card.
