Withdrew money from my banking account without authorization Ripoff

So called free information. They withdrew from my banking account without authorization. When i tried to cancel or send e-mail, would not go thru. I have tried several times and reported to better business bureaus. Totally a rip off!!! Do not fall for this scam!!!
