He and his crew did a sloppy job. Things started falling apart after a renovation of more than 90K... He did nothing to make reparations.

The paint job was horrendous, he actually painted OVER scotch tape that was on the wall already. Left holes by electrical sockets, did not finish grouting in bathroom and kitchen. Was going to leave me with NO window sills but I made a fuss and showed him it WAS in our contract.

Never gave me a complete contract with a finishing price. So basically he had 'carte blanche'... I suspected theft of personal items but was unable to prove it. However, only his crew was in my house. Very arrogant attitude when confronted with all the discrepancies and deviations from the promises in the contract.

Broke appliances and did not replace. Broke furniture and said, "Things happen"... No offer of reimbursement even.

Unilaterally decided on colors for kitchen and living room. Took 20 months to complete a job that should have taken 2 months.

Did not stand behind any of the work he did or he contracted out.

Used unlicensed plumbers and electricians. Would only take cash, balked at checks and lied saying he would take a credit card but his machine was broken at the time. He used to have a web site, but I see it is gone now. But on the web site he said he does take major credit cards.

I have not made any incorrect representations here... I see there are other complaints on here as well as on other web sites... So many people cannot be wrong.

Be aware of FERNANDO LLERAS JR... Or whatever name he is using now as a contractor or construction company...
