He is unlicensed, uninsured. He did not have a city of toronto renovation permit, no drawings for a major renovation, no ESA site permit, no ESA inspection report, no Ontario Licensed plumbing inspection, no City of Toronto General Contractor license. Uses unlicensed electricians and plumbers.
On Dec 19 I had an electrical contractor inspect the property and he said that due to Joe's work (he showed me several live wires) my house was now a death trap and the electrical part would cost $3000 to fix. Many other difficiencies.
