Fernando Lleras of dream Catcher Construction is a fraud and a liar. He promises to do excellent work and then stops in the middle of the job, collects more money from you (cash only) and then does not come back...

We have come to realize that much of the work he's done is defective and not built to plan or code. Fuse boxes are hidden and hard to reach and are not up to code and it is a fire hazard.

He tried to hide piping which I specifically stated I did not want from before the job even started. No licensed electricians or plumbers on were ever on the job site doing work. Workers kept coming and going, he could not even keep the help he had.

How he is able to stay in business is beyond comprehension. Whenever I requested that he come back to finish the job he said (or his workers said) that he was busy on another job.

Well, that's not our problem. Taking money and not doing the service is the same as stealing money. He is a thief.
