Hidden Contract Items/Fine Ripoff Print

I, too, am a victim of Yellow Book where I tried to cancel 1 day past the 7 day cancellation that was never disclosed to me. They hide it on the back of the pages that you sign on the front! I was told that I could only have a credit on my money! I told them that my Corporate Office had not approved the ads because of the "heading", that was the deal, but they still would not give me back my money! I redid the ads under a different "heading" and was told they would go ahead with the advertisements. Now I have the Yellow Books with the ads under the wrong headings, no calls coming in, and they want my balance or else! They did not change the headings.

According to the "contract" hidden behind the front pages on the back in teeny, tiny print, it says that they are not responsible for errors made by "anyone" including them!

What is a person supposed to do when a big company like this, with unlimited funds, goes after you? Is there some loophole? Can anybody help me?
