All they want it money Ripoff

Today i got a call from a man nam Michael Sinclair who identified himself as a officer. He said that i owed $1633 from a company i dealt with over 2 years ago. He said that if i did not pay that the detective would come and arrest me in front of my child. I asked for a copy of what i owe and he said that he could not send it to me because it was against the law. He threatned that if i don't pay by next week then i was facing three different charges. He said it comes from Cash 2day. Can you go to jail for not paying back a payday loan. Please advise on what to do.
