Charged my account without authorizatioin for 14.99 ripoff Internet

I was notified by my Bank of a $14.99 charge to my Debit/Visa card for Rhapsody Music. I have no idea who they are. I called the phone number listed by the bank for the company and was told i had taken a membership. I did not. I have no idea who these folks are... But they had a lot of personal info on me including address & telephone number.

The fellow "John" who took my call sounded of Indian descent so its possible these rip off artists are in India rather her then in the USA.

He claimed that 7-10 days i would recieve a refund.
I would love to know how they had my Debit/Visa and all that info.
