RIPOFF Still charging Visa after canceling account months ago

Rhapsody.com keeps charging my credit card for on-line music service after I canceled account months ago. My computer crashed and had no way of using service. I had to call 1-866-375-3502 which goes to India and the reps ask the same questions over and over, how annoying!
Going to call credit card co. To straighten out.
