Com (real Networks) rhapsody rip off

I tried using rhapsody over the net, downloaded music, bought the music, then tried to burn it to a cd and it wouldn't work, its garbage. I spent alsmot two weeks talking to their "so called' technical help people to no avail, meantime they charged me, 8.99 for the service and. 89 per song,

I downlaoded music, non-refundable, because according to them, once you download the music, they don't refund the money. YOU CAN"T TRY TO BURN ANY MUSIC< UNLESS YOU BUY IT FIRST! So if u download it, it doesn't work, you're stuck, and they don't help you worth a d**.

Overall they got me for almost 30 bucks. I could have bought two cds for that at the mall. Real networks ripped me off, don't let this happen to you.
