Fraudulent calling your home for scamming and pressuring you to accept a credit card, asking for your banking account information ripoff

I recieved a call from a lady name bridgett dickerson / (dickson) stating that i was pre-approved for a credit card, and that the company only call people who had trouble in the past acquiring a credit card, she ask me to verify my address, which she had already, and that all she needed was my banking information, and that they don't take anything from your account but they wanted to know if you had one, she proceeded to ask for a routing nunber and account number.

I told her i do not give that kind of info on no!!! Phone to anyone, if this card is unsecure why do you need that info, bridgett if that is her name, put her so-called supervisor on the phone, and that person said bridgett was new at the company and all she needed was banking info, and she would set me up with a 1-800 number for her sending the credit card (for free)

I said no! I didn't need a 1-800 number or voicemail service through that company. Bridgett, also said that they recieve their info from other companies, who had my information. I got very upset and said i do not want to deal with your company, so the supervisor thought i could'nt hear what they were saying and i heard the supervisor tell that bridgett to hang up.

I called that 1-866-404-8370, to see if it existed, and complain about that company calling my home. Their attitudes got very hostile, about me refusing that credit card. Beware! About giving anyone one over a phone your information, never verify info to someone! They are rip-offs, and scamming consumers.
