Fraudulent CHARGES ripoff Internet

I Checked my bank account this morning (8/13/07) and found a charge from USA Credit for $149.98, which caused a $25.00 overdraft fee and all that was listed was a phone number. I called the phone number and before 9:00am it was a doctor's office.

After 9:00 am I finally got them on the phone and told them I did not authorize this EFT and they started in about it is a crime and if you file a report your family members will be investigated. Well I don't take very well to threats and ploys so that I would say ok you can keep the money.

I explained to them in no uncertain terms I want the two amounts put back into my account or I would file a lawsuit. I will give them 24 hours and then I will file a lawsuit. Someone needs to do something about this, if they can get my information then when will I become a victim of identity theft?
