Experian continues to ignore consumer on Identity theft case

I am a victim of identity theft. Someone is currently using my social security number for employment purposes as well as credit accounts. This has been an ongoing issue that I have made experian aware of since I have filed numerous disputes, sent mail, filed reports with the ftc as well as my local police department. But experian has ignored every attempt to clear my name. Experian have 2 other social security numbers on my credit file that don't belong to me, an incorrect date of birth, a mortgage and several other fraudulent accounts.

Its impossible to dispute any of this with them because they have there online system setup where you have to actually call them to do the dispute over the phone and the phone system is setup to where you can't get through to anyone to file a dispute. Filing a dispute via mail is even worse because they never get back to you. All the fraudulent accounts still remain on my credit report as of today and nothing has been done to correct this.

I have spent 2 years trying to fix this identity theft issue and its only getting worse. I have never lived in Alabama, NewJersey or Florida but yet those weird addresses still appear on my credit report as of today. I recently found out from the IRS that I supposedly didn't claim all my income and found out that someone has been using my social security number for employment purposes. I put a fraud alert on my credit report but, that is not stoping this identity thief from using my social security number. I have spent so much time, effort, days off work, faxin letters, filing disputes, sending mail and as of today Experian has ignored every attempt.

If anyone wants to file a class action lawsuit please let me know because, this cannot continue. Experian has violated so many fcra violations and will continue to do so if consumers keep letting them get away with it.
