Money for help abused & mistreated rude no help ripoff business from hell internet Boise Idaho

To Whom It May Concern, I'm writing this letter in regards to what happened to me with this company, I purchased a hp scanjet 2200c and I lost the book on it and wanted that and some help as to why my scanner was not coming in color and just black and white. I some how figured out what to do.

But when I called the company for a question they said that it would cost me $25.00 dollars and they don't even have a toll free number to use. I told them I'm sure I paid at lest that in phone bills alone.

When I asked to speak to someone in charge a young man got on the phone and was very rude to me, I just cannot believe that this company did this to me.

I'm so mad that I want to report it to the Better Business Bureau, I'm still upset that I had to deal with them.

I have dealt with other companies and never had this trouble. You can bet I will never buy this product againor any product from this company, they talked to me so rude I still can hardly believe it. You don't pay you don't get help.

What kind of business are they running they can not wait to get your money, but to help you with anything else that is a joke.

Do not buy their product is my advice for that company.
