Scammed me out of 200 ripoff

Ameritrust financial called me and protrayed themselves as a company that helps you rebuild your credit by issuing you a credit card with a 2,000 credit limit that i can use anywhere that i needed. They said all i had to do was pay 200 which would be used toward my payments on the credit card. I asked them over and over can i use my card at walmart or any place that i needed they assured me that it is a credit card and not a department store card and that i could use it anywhere needed except to buy alcohol or firearms.

So after they debited my account when i called back thats when they told the truth and said it is a credit builder card that has to be used on their website or catalog and you have to pay 35 percent down and sales tax and shipping and handling on all merchandise purchased and i then asked them to put my 200 back in my account and they told me to write to the president council they wouldnt give me a number or an email address thats when i wanted to get the law involved because they need to be stopped before it happens to another single mother on a fixed income i was looking forward to that 2,000 credit card to buy things i need for my children and they act like what they are doing to people isnt wrong they need to be stopped and refund everyones money who have trusted these scam artist! I am really hurt by the whole situation how could a company be so dirty! So if you are a lawyer or government official please help us i am a single mom with a fixed income who needs your help to get my money back thank you and have a nice day!
