Financial I was taken for 200.00 by Ameritrust ripoff

I was contacted several time by Ameritrust about reciving a credit card that would help my credit score. I'm a single mom and have done some real damage to my credit when times where hard. We are now trying to buy our frist home and have been really having a hard time due to my credit. So this seemed like a god send, but I still wasnt' sure. I kept telling them that I needed to think about it after about 10 phone calls I gave in they said that they needed 200.00 good faith deposit that would be given back as vouchers that could be used to pay my bill and my account number to verifie that I had an account.

The long and the short of it is that they took 200.00 out of my account and never got in touch with me again. I have called and called them untill I'm blue in the face most times I can't even get an answer at all. I have emailed them numerus times but to no avile. 200.00 may not seem like much for some but it really hurt us. I feel so bad for being so stupid I should have been more carful, but I just thought that it was so easy to trace these guys theres not way that they could just take my money and not give me a card right. Wrong that's what happend. And I don't know what I can do about it
