Boyett, Jr and I have 1 child together, who is now 5 yrs old. He signed an AOP for the state of texas in Nov. He never sent any support. He begged me not to inform the USMC. Well I finally did. They garnished his wages for CS. Then in June I got a court order. He got out of USMC in April of and I have not recived CS since then. When Virginia went to garnish his wages he quit his job and moved to texas. Now he is living at his mommy's house with his wife and two other children. He still has not sent a dime of support. He is currently $5400.00 behind and growing.

He served in the USMC From April April and was stationed Pensacola, Fl; San Diego, CA and Beaufort, SC. He is between 5'7" and 5'10" tall and 160lbs last I saw him. His wifes name is Kimberly Boyett.

This man is a looser and a deadbeat and he just needs to go to jail at this point, and suffer the consequences of not taking care of his son.
