Refused to allow me to cancel and get a refund with in my 30 day cancelation period! Ripoff

After presure to use Emerchant hosting & PayPal services I researched SMC and discovered numerous complaints and tried to cancel and they were not willing to do so (after numerous phone calls and hours of hold time)!

I contacted the FTC (Federal Trade Comission) and filed a complaint! They requested that I post one here and ask anyone who has a complaint to contact the FTC, at 877-382-4357, and file one with them!

I ask you to do so before they do it to someone else's Bank Account!
